Morning we will take early start to take photograph in the area around Binh Tay Market in the China Town in Saigon. You will have the best lighting for taking photograph in the local market, hidden streets and local shops with full of daily life activities. After that, take a walk around Binh Tay, the biggest whole sale market in town. You can find most of the product in town selling in this market. The market was constructed by Quach Dam – the wealthy Chinese man for his community in 1930 and you still can see his statue and his tomb in the central of the market. It is great combination of busy and bustle atmosphere of the market and traditional Chinese Architecture there. Then visit Thien Hau Pagoda, where hundreds of local people come and burn the incense for their luck, prosperity and happiness. The photo of the incense burner taken in this temple was appeared on the first edition of Lonely Planet of Vietnam. Then we will walk to the street where the movie “The Lover” had been taken with very interesting local cafeterias that very popular to local people and the street that selling all the colorful decoration items for ceremony made from paper.
Back to the city for taking photo at Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post office and Opera House. Then our guide will take you for the walk along the long and tiny alley right in the central of Saigon that will provide you many photo opportunities of daily life of local people in Saigon. Then we will have another photo shooting at Jade Emperor Pagoda and Ben Thanh Market and surrounded area. By the sunset time, you will have a chance to take great panorama photo of Saigon from the view point of Bitexco Building in the central of the city.
